We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Shantilly. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return it for credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers' responsibility to check the products' condition upon receipt. Damaged goods due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for exchange. The item(s) must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, with tags and/or any special protective packing materials still intact. Store credit expires one year from date of return.
Sale, custom and personalized orders may not be returned nor exchanged. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable and will not be applied towards credit or exchange.

In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt with a written reason for the return and/or any exchange request. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of merchandise.
Your purchase will ship via UPS Ground within 2-4 weeks unless otherwise notified. The standard shipping and handling fee is, $11.95. We do not ship to PO boxes so be sure to include a street address. Please contact us if you would like to place an order outside of the continental United States.
Once Shantilly has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Shantilly is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.
Orders shipping within the state of New York will be charged an 8.875% tax.
Orders shipping to the state of Florida will be charged a 6% tax
